Chole Bhature

Ingredients include 2 cups maida, 3 tablespoons curd, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon baking powder, salt to taste, oil for frying, 2 cups boiled chickpeas, onion, tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and chole masala.

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Cooking Method

Knead dough for bhature using maida, curd, salt and baking powder and rest 2 hours. Cook chole using onion-tomato gravy and spices. Roll dough into discs and fry until puffed golden. Serve hot with onion rings and pickle.
